Gabbitas family 2018

How has it been another year already?  This year was pretty much more of the same for Andrea. She helps out in Taiydens class when she can. has still been watching an adorable extra kiddo twice a week. Most of her day consists of driving to and from one school or another. She’s looking forward to  christmas and a big surprise for the kids :)

Seth is still at Les Olsen and still amazing. He’s a great dad and husband. He does so much for our family! He drives all over for work and comes right home to be the best dad. He’s awesome at going along with all of Andreas crazy plans for trips and concerts.

Taiyden turned 6 this year. He has 2 loose teeth but has yet to lose a tooth. He started 1st grade in the fall. And he started ukulele lessons early in the year. He loves his ukulele teacher Chris and is always impressing us with new songs and how much he loves it. He’s an awesome reader and does very well at school he has 2 teachers Mr. Guggisberg teaches math and science and Mrs Fisher who teaches English and social studies. Taiyden did a music in me program over the summer and was in the Farmington city parade.

Amberlyn had her first dance recital in June. She started her first year of preschool in the fall as well as her second year of dance. She loves her teachers and mostly likes going to school. She loves playing with her brother. She loves goat simulator, dolls and all things princess. She turned 4 in October.

Seth and Andrea saw 311 4 times this year. Twice over 311 day in Vegas and once in wendover. And of course the Salt Lake City show, which they took Taiyden to for his very first concert! Seth and Andrea also saw pentatonix in slc and are seeing blue October in December. Andrea went to Vegas with her friend Eryn to see Backstreet Boys!

We went to visit grandpa and yaya in Michigan over the 4th of July and we had a lot of fun.

We had a crazy hail storm this summer and had to get our roof and gutters replaced. That was a crazy roller coaster that still hasn’t fully ended. The supply company dropped a thing of shingles through our roof and the ceiling of our garage so we’re still waiting to hear about that.

We had 3 nephews and 1 niece born this year. And one nephew who’s been part of the family since he was born become officially ours though adoption.

All the extended family are doing well, Seth’s parents are still in st George. Andreas dad and step mom are still in Michigan, her dad had some health scares this year but is doing much better now. Andreas mom is still in fruit heights and working at new image day spa.

We’re looking forward to 2019, which will bring a surprise trip for the kids in January and we’ll get to start planning our 10 year anniversary in 2020!
